Sean Hutchinson is a touring member of the band Bleachers and has been an active force on the New York City music scene since arriving in 2007. Sean has performed and recorded with the likes of Taylor Swift, Hamilton on Broadway, Darren Criss, Carly Rae Jepson, and Francis & the Lights among many others.
Over his 15-year career, Sean's extensive experience performing and producing events led to the idea that there had to be a better option for Audio & Visual then the big players in town-- something by artists FOR artists.
Hence, Brooklyn Audio Works was born, and has grown to produce and execute over 500 events per year all with the love and experience from being on the other side of the table.
Whether it's playing bass on Grammy Award winning records or working on hit Broadway shows, Jeff's passion for music and perfection are evident in everything he does. Currently he can be heard in Tony and Grammy Award winning shows such as Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen and Kinky Boots. Additionally, he actively tours with Internationally acclaimed acts such as the Sweet Remains and Billy Porter.
Jeff knows the ins and outs of the entertainment industry-- During his 20+ years of experience in music and production, he continually sought out a higher quality of sound production and a different customer service experience. His multifaceted industry knowledge and standard for excellence led to the creation and success of Brooklyn Audio Works.
Jeff’s extensive knowledge combined with his creativity yield audio solutions, lighting design, projection, and video that make each event a unique and memorable one.

Katie Wexler has spent her events career managing some of New York and Brooklyn’s most prestigious venues. As a Venue Sales Manager at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts she managed union and non-union venues including the Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse, David Rubenstein Atrium, the Josie Robertson Plaza, David Geffen Hall and Alice Tully Hall. Over her years of experience she has worked with companies such as Facebook, Spotify, Disney, ESPN, TEDxFest, Yext, and TV Land.
Supervising events from concerts to weddings, film shoots to corporate conferences; there is no event type she hasn’t managed from beginning to end. Currently the Events Director at The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club in Brooklyn, she oversees events of all sizes, driving revenue in new and creative ways.
Katie will bring a personal touch to events big and small, with a keen eye for details and nuanced attention to wow-factor moments!
Mr. Rick Antonoff is a Partner and Chief Advisor at Brooklyn Audio works. He is responsible for overseeing sales, business development, and the thoughtful expansion of BAW.
Rick has previously owned and managed several companies, in industries as diverse as footwear, home services and foodservice.
Coordinator of all things schedule related, Madison is our Pennsylvania-born, Brooklyn-based e-mail aficionado. With the team, Madison harmonizes all day-of schedules and fields client inquiries. In her spare time, she is an assistant to a music producer, enjoys Avengers movies, and spending time with her family.
Travis De Jong
Travis de Jong is an Audio Engineer and Producer based in Beacon, NY. He is a graduate of the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College with a degree in Audio Production & Engineering
Travis specializes in all things Technical-- From Venue Installations, to Recording, Mixing & Production, to Refurbishing and Servicing audio equipment, Travis can do it all.
As Production Coordinator, Travis ensures that all BAW systems in top working order, and makes sure the Technical Specifications of each event are met to perfection.
